Stanley Defiance No. 4 smoothing plane. I’m trying another approach with this one. I’ve glued the broken tote and added a chipbreaker and a Defiance iron (sharp and ready to go). This would make a good first plane for someone curious about hand tools. Good bones. $30 marked down to $20.
